Understanding 1-tier and 2-tier SPV structuring in Stak.
Stak supports both 1-tier (direct SPV) and 2-tier (master-feeder) SPV structures. In a 1-tier structure, investors participate directly in the SPV. In a 2-tier structure, a master SPV holds the investment while feeder SPVs aggregate investor commitments. The platform handles all the complexity of multi-tier fee calculations.
