Creating a Deal
How to create and configure a new deal with SPV structuring.
A deal in Stak represents an investment opportunity structured as an SPV. Create a deal by selecting a target company, defining the SPV structure (1-tier or 2-tier), setting the entry PPS, and configuring fee parameters (entry fee, carry, SPV costs). All downstream calculations are automatic.
